The Diabetic Plan comes with the following delicious breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. These meals are lower in carbs and sugar and meals should be eaten every 3 hours:
Day 1: Homestyle Breakfast, Energy Bite (1), Jalapeno Meatloaf, Dreamy Parfait, Margherita Pizza
Day 2: Breakfast Tacos, Hard Boiled Eggs (3), Spaghetti Squash with Turkey Marinara, Buffalo Chicken Snack, Cobb Salad
Day 3: 5 ct Pumpkin Muffins, Energy Bite (1), Honey Ginger Salmon, Buffalo Chicken Snack, Mexican Chicken with Zoodles
Day 4: High Protein Parfait, Hard Boiled Eggs (3), Sicilian Flatbread, Fruit Granola Bites, Beef Tenderloin
Day 5: Southwest Breakfast Bowl, Dreamy Parfait, Turkey Chili, Energy Bite (1), Pork Tenderloin
The 5 days average the following 1223 calories a day; has no more than 115 grams of carbs (average 101 grams of carbs) and 49 grams of sugar (average 38 grams of sugar). These meals should be eaten every 3 hours.
