The Diabetic Plan comes with the following delicious breakfast, snack, lunch, snack and dinner. These meals are lower in carbs and sugar and meals should be eaten every 3 hours:
Day 1: Homestyle Breakfast, Energy Bite (1), Fajita Steak and Asparagus, Dreamy Parfait, Pepperoni Pizza
Day 2: Breakfast Tacos, Hard Boiled Eggs (3), Spaghetti Squash with Turkey Marinara, Buffalo Chicken Snack, Chipotle Pineapple Chicken
Day 3: 5 ct Pumpkin Muffins, Energy Bite (1), Keto Simple Chicken and Broccoli, Buffalo Chicken Snack, Mexican Chicken with Zoodles
Day 4: High Protein Parfait, Hard Boiled Eggs (3), Sicilian Flatbread, Cookie Dough Bites, Beef Tenderloin
Day 5: Southwest Breakfast Bowl, Dreamy Parfait, Turkey Chili, Energy Bite (1), Garlic Butter Chicken
