Return Policy for Retail Products
We want to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied. We guarantee our products to be fresh and fit. If any of our retail products (any product sold or distributed, excluding prepaid accounts) do not meet your expectations, simply return any unused product within 3 days for exchange, refund or credit. Prepaid Account Return Policy
We offer prepaid accounts for clients who choose to take advantage of our programs. A prepaid account is an account that is opened in the customer’s name. You will receive a membership card for identification purposes. Pure Plates provides several incentive levels based on the customer prepaid deposits. These incentives are a non-monetary value that is added to the balance of the customer’s account. These incentives are also known as prepaid credits.
If a customer chooses to discontinue the program, we will refund any unused portion of the prepaid balance minus any incentives/credits that have been added to the account. Any refunds to a credit card must be to the same credit card used to make the initial deposit. Please allow 2-3 business days for us to process your refund. It may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card dependent upon on your banking institution.
